Delivery Timeframes Orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow additional time during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Partner We ship nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service.

Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kalahari Pets is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, delivery is the responsibility of Aramex.
